Casio Brigade, or Env Touch?

So after asking many questions on here and reading reviews I have decided between the Env Touch or the Casio Brigade. I am a little rough on my phones but not terribly. I do have an iPod touch and it is still fine after a year. I defiantly want a full keyboard, a touch screen would be nice, as well as a pod browser, this is on the Env Touch. The brigade still has that real nice easy to use keyboard, but is rugged, water-proof (resistant, look this up don't say it's not because it is), but an awful Internet browser. I also text a lot and do love facebook. Which is better for me, or just in your opinion?
