What are annoying things you experience on the internet?

All of the annoying things you described exist because they make some bad person money. What I hate most is virus that try to sell you fake virus protection software. The virus says your computer has 34 virus and unless click here and buy this it is toast. The solution they sell you won't protect against real virus and generally download more malware to your machine.
