My mother-in-law's husband on parole?

My mother in law's husband is on parole. Long story short, she is ready to be rid of him, but she's scared of what he will do if she were to just kick him out. So, she is asking us to try to find a way to put him back in jail. He was in prison for possession of narcotics/opiates, and he still does them now and actually sells probably $5,000 worth of pills out of his house every month. Is there any way that we can get the law involved or do they actually have to catch him on their own? We live in Georgia by the way.
