I want t get littl muscular!!! HELPPPPP?

okay i dont have a gym or anything is ther any workouts that dot require a gym or anything like natural stuff like push ups and stuff can you tell me how many i should do a day and stuff so i can get little buff and im 16 years old all i have is 2 dum bells that are 10 LB each
