Is my ankle broken or sprained?

my friends bed has a metal thingy sticking out n i hit my ankle really hard n i heard bang thn it got swollen thn i hit it again on the top of my foot thn my last 4 toes all got swollen and whn i try move my ankle it hurts really bad n whn i move my big toe the side of my foot hurts n the front of my toes
