What type of fish do I use in my turtle tank.?

I have a pet aquatic turtle and I wanted to put some fish in her tank for her to play with and keep her company, but I don't know whast type of fish to use. She is only 1 1/2 inches long and she hasn't touched the feeder fish we put in her tank to eat. It is a ten gallon tank and there is about 7 gallons in it so far, so I need to know what type and how many fish I can put in with her.
