Any good modern-ish guitar alternative songs?

I like songs by the Hoosiers, Scissor Sisters, Jason Mraz, Lupe Fiasco, The Wanted, Linkin Park, Tokio Hotel, Oasis but I'm not really a fan of rnb... any good songs would be appreciated. fanks in advance. :)
