Can u still get pregnant when using water-based lube?

As already mentioned, Pre-Seed is the only lube that actually promotes pregnancy as it mimics your natural body secretions and allows the sperm to swim...even helps it swim - it has a high success rate. All other lubes kill sperm or demotilise it, including human saliva. If you're trying to get pregnant, buy Pre-Seed, if you're not then buy use KY Jelly or another specifically formed lube - but don't use the baby oil on your bits as you don't want to unbalance your secretions down there and get an infection.
