Did i get hiv? How can i tell if i have it?

Hi, I am a guy. Ok, so a week ago i had with a girl. First to start off I want to let you know that i do not know a lot about . We did use condom. And she put some lubricant on it. Then after 10 minutes when we were done . She started to just help me to let the thing to come out with her hand. I am not sure if the condom break during . But when the thing came out, It came out all over on the bed. Starting after few days my started to feel strange. I did not lose any feelings, but there's a new feeling to it. I felt that something is so sensitive that it went through my stomach and my mind. It's like someone put a medicine on me or something. It's so sensitive that i was freak out. Right now i still feel the same and it's still sensitive. But i did not get sick or anything else. I checked my skin down there. It still look the same to me. Now i am in fear and i don't know wat to do -_-. PLZ HELP
