Ok im 14 and have a crush on someone what do i do?

i get so shy when one talks to me and im know of someone that's shy. and my friend still dosent have a crush she dosent like boys yet and dosent have a problem talking to them. and i dont want to ask him out. and sometimes he looks at me idk if he likes me or not. but iv never kissed or held hands with one.i mean should i wait till the right moment when im older? but still i have a bad crush brown kinda long hair triangular in the back and big brown eyes same height as me athletic and tan. what should i do my instincts tell me i should wait till god decides he found the right person when im older. and everyone says im really pretty so i know im not ugly. i have long brown hair usually in a pony tail kinda tan and love to swim. and big brown eyes and wear headbands alot. also brod shoulders and my mom and alot of other people love my hair cuz its so straight and smooth. gonna be a lifeguard in about 2 years. next year were in 8th grade so im not to worried were not that old. and this is my first crush too :) girls always talk about dating so many people so that's why i dont want do date yet dosent even last that long. but still what do i do? help :(
