What is Bob Dylan laughing at?

In the beginning of the Dylan song, "Bob Dylan's 115th Dream," they start to play and abruptly stop because Dylan starts laughing HYSTERICALLY. Does anybody know what made him laugh? The only answer I could find said that "the band started playing the wrong song," but he is laughing VERY hard and that doesn't seem like it would be THAT funny.
