Whats a good job to get into?

my boyfriend is 18 (almost 19) and he is quiting his job in a collision center (working as a Porter) and he's trying to find a decently high paying job that doesn't require alot of education at the moment. he doesn't have his diploma and it seems to be stopping him from getting alot of jobs. whats a good job that will pay around 10 bucks an hour or more that you wont need alot of education to do?
